If you are not fully satisfied with our products, please see our return and exchange policies below.
Returns and exchanges are only available for customers within New Zealand.
All return requests must be placed by email within 14 days.
All returns must have original tags attached, be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed and original condition.
Customers are responsible for all freight costs. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the item(s) to us so we recommend having a tracking number.
If you received a damaged or faulty item(s), please contact us by email. We will credit the freight cost and resend another item(s) free of charge.
If you would like to exchange size, please email us and return the item(s) at your cost. We will send the exchanged item(s) free of charge.
