If you are not fully satisfied with our products, please see our return and exchange policies below.

  • Returns and exchanges are only available for customers within New Zealand.

  • All return requests must be placed by email within 14 days.

    All returns must have original tags attached, be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed and original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for all freight costs. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the item(s) to us so we recommend having a tracking number.

  • If you received a damaged or faulty item(s), please contact us by email. We will credit the freight cost and resend another item(s) free of charge.

  • If you would like to exchange size, please email us and return the item(s) at your cost. We will send the exchanged item(s) free of charge.
